Overall, we had a good experience here. The office is clean, the staff friendly, the doctors knowledgeable. We were thrilled to have another option to the Minute clinic. Be aware - check your insurance coverage before you go. We paid our co-pay but were surprisingly billed for another $45 that our insurance didn't cover. It was an expensive ear infection. The owner did kindly look into this charge but even with our normally pretty good insurance, we are just out of luck. Unfortunately, we'll be seeing more of the minute clinic...

Very few doctors or urgent care centers keep antibiotics on stock - there are so many different kinds that it would be prohibitive to keep a current supply on hand. As such, they almost always have to prescribe. There is absolutely no truth to the statement that DOCTORS EXPRESS DOES not write prescriptions. When the situation warrants it, the doctor will definitely write a prescription. They are one of the few health care facilities in the area to use e-script, which goes directly to the local pharmacy, enabling the patient to get their medication as quickly as possible.

Prompt service on the day I was there. Docotr was ok. A little pricey. They can tell you what is wrong with you but if you are in need of serious medication they DO NOT dispense prescription antibiotics, pain medication, or narcotics of any nature. They DO NOT WRITE PRESCRIPTIONS. I was disappointed because I was very sick and needed antibiotics.

So, if you are in need of presciption drugs DO NOT go there. Seek your medical professional or your local hospital. You can get general informaiton from your local pharmacist. I don't know how these people stay in business. I will never go back.

I went to Doctor's Express today with a health problem and the prompt attention and care I received was excellent.
The office staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful.

The Doctor was excellent and had a superb bedside manner. She did a thorough exam, needed x-rays were done at the office, and took time to explain her diagnosis and answer any and all questions.
